Investment Consultant — Property Strategy
The Investment Consultant is the first qualified investment professional a prospective PremiumRea client meets. The role is consultative, not transactional: you guide each client through an end-to-end investment planning conversation — capital position, holding structure, leverage capacity, risk profile, time horizon, tax considerations — and translate the result into a written investment brief that our Buyer's Agent team then executes against in the market. The role exists to ensure every PremiumRea engagement begins with a rigorous, numbers-led plan; the acquisition of any specific property is a downstream function of a separate licensed team. The work is communication-intensive — a typical day involves around 5–6 careful initial client consultations and at least 4–5 in-depth phone conversations.

PremiumRea · Property Management
Junior Property Manager (A$60k–A$70k + Super + Commissions + Bonus)
Two-to-three-year structured graduate-style development program. We are investing heavily in finding one person to train from the ground up into a senior property manager. You will work directly under a senior licensed PM, learning hands-on across every aspect of the role — from VCAT hearings to landlord negotiations. This is a real apprenticeship, not a title on paper.

Yes. Every application gets a personal response — usually within 5–10 business days, occasionally longer during peak hiring weeks.

Yes. Send one email, list both roles in the subject, attach a brief note in your cover letter on which role is your primary preference.

Please do. Our policy is that previously-interviewed candidates can re-apply every 3 months. Mention the approximate date and role of your prior interview — we keep all interview files on archive.
