How often is the data updated?

Daily. Our cron pipeline pulls fresh Domain.com.au data at 7 am and 3 pm AEST each day and runs Gemini AI condition + structure scoring on every new listing.

What does the AI condition score mean?

Accepted Answer

Scores are 0–30 No-Go (uninhabitable), 31–55 Tired (needs work), 56–75 Rentable (investment sweet spot, ready to tenant), 76–90 Renovated, 91–100 Premium. The score is produced by a Gemini vision model that analyses exterior photos, interior photos, floor plans and listing text.

Why do I need to sign in with Google?

Sign-in lets us remember your filter preferences, rate-limit abuse, and optionally send you a tailored shortlist. We only read basic Google profile data (name, email, picture); phone, birthday, and address are fully optional and you can uncheck each one individually on the Google consent screen.

Domain doesn't filter by "percentage below suburb median" or "AI-assessed condition score". Our pipeline compares every listed price to the suburb median, ranks by discount, and runs a Gemini vision model to score condition 0-100. Every property you see has already been pre-filtered for investment quality — not a random 20,000 listings.

Should I buy a property directly from the AI Finder results?

Accepted Answer

No — treat the results as a screening shortlist, not a recommendation. Asking prices, medians and rent estimates are indicative, and the tool cannot inspect the property, review the Section 32, or check planning overlays.
